Scholar Athlete

Each month an outstanding Scholar-Athlete is awarded a one-time $500 scholarship courtesy of Toyota of Bowling Green & Toyota of Gallatin

Please fill out this form to nominate an athlete for the Toyota Scholar Athlete of the month. Please refer to the Nominee Requirements before submitting.

  • Nominee Information Section

  • Student-athlete must be a senior going into the current school year.
  • About: provide a brief summary of the athlete and why they should be a recipient of the Toyota Scholar Athlete Award.
  • This can include participation of Clubs, Groups, Activities, or Organizations as well as awards, acknowledgements or anything academically notable.
  • (If applicable) Please provide information on post-high school career plans, college or university considerations and offers, or field of interest.
